In honor of Super Bowl 50, USA TODAY has picked the 50 greatest commercials in Super Bowl history, and the top 32 ads are squaring off, NCAA Tournament-style.

The Ad Meter 50 for 50th votes have been tallied and the winner is: Budweiser’s “Puppy Love.” The No. 3 seed in its region, and also the 2014 Ad Meter champion, the spot is one of the most beloved commercials in Super Bowl history. In the final, it defeated No. 5 Replay, another Budweiser ad.
Directed by Jake Scott, “Puppy Love” stars a golden Lab puppy that makes friends with a Budweiser Clydesdale. The spot was so successful that it spawned a sequel, “Lost Dog,” which proceeded to finish first in last year’s Ad Meter.
