According to the Dallas Morning News, the world’s No. 1 golfer purchased a 10,000-square-foot-plus house in the upscale Dallas neighborhood of Preston Hollow for $7.1 million last month. It was previously owned by fellow pro golfer Hunter Mahan, and was listed at $8.495 million.
