The next version of Google Glass, the tech giant's ambitious smart eyewear, will feature a sturdier build and a hinge allowing the device to fold, according to a filing with the Federal Communications Commission.

The filing -- first reported by 9to5Google -- includes images of Glass, which the report says is aimed more at the enterprise market. The device will also boast a larger prism, the display where users view content such as weather alerts or videos.

The images are the first look at Google's eyewear since the company pulled back original models of Glass aimed at consumers earlier this year. In January, Google revealed Nest founder Tony Fadell would oversee design of the new Glass.

Original versions of Glass had been available to consumers as Explorer Editions for $1,500. However, recent reports suggest Glass 2.0 will target businesses, featuring a faster processor and larger display.
