Shares of Yelp were falling nearly 27% Wednesday morning after the company took a knife to its full-year outlook and reported disappointing earnings Tuesday.

Let's take a look at the tech stocks to watch Wednesday:

Yelp (YELP): Amid slowing ad sales, the online business review service reported a second-quarter loss of $1.3 million. These numbers contrast with the $2.7 million profit that the company turned out at the same time last year.

Twitter (TWTR): Twitter's stock bombed on its earnings report Tuesday, after CEO Jack Dorsey spoke very bluntly about the company's current status. Dorsey said a turnaround will take "considerable" time before the company sees any "sustained" growth. Twitter's stock plunged Tuesday afternoon on Dorsey's honesty, and shares were down more than 12% during morning trading.

Facebook (FB):Expectations are high for Facebook's earnings report, which the company is set to announce after the bell Wednesday. Facebook shares are up 22% for the year. The social network has seriously extended its dominance on mobile devices, as most of its 1.44 billion users hail the website from smartphones and tablets. Company shares were up nearly 1% during morning trading.

Microsoft (MSFT): Windows 10 is now available for download. This is the first major upgrade of a Windows operating system since Windows 8, which left many users disappointed. Microsoft has a lot of confidence in the new system, and it vows that it will have 1 billion people using the new Windows 10 by 2018. As of morning trading, company shares were slightly up.

Google (GOOG): Google has expanded Google Translate features to be able to translate written text in 27 different languages, according to Re/Code. With this feature, users can point their cameras at something written in another language, and it will immediately translate it to the chosen language. The update to include the additional languages is rolling out over both iOS and Andorid.
