Late in the second quarter of Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the Atlanta Hawks’ Al Horford was ejected dropping a huge elbow on the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Matthew Dellavedova.

It’s possible that this wasn’t intentional, but Horford would have a hard time selling that to the officials, and was eventually ejected on a flagrant-two.

This isn’t the first time that Dellavedova has gotten underneath the skin of a key player on an opposing team– he leg-locked Taj Gibson and got him ejected in the previous round. Also, in Game 2, Dellavedova got tangled up with Kyle Korver, leaving Korver with a season-ending high ankle sprain.

Things are not looking great for the Hawks.
