Voters question Sanders, Cruz campaign choices: #tellusatoday

One positive consequence of this election’s long, still-contested primary cycle is the importance of later contests. Late-voting states, however, should not have to rely on a close delegate count to impact the selection of nominees. The current system gives disproportionate weight to a small number of early voters, such as those in Iowa and New Hampshire, and much less weight to a large number of late voters, such as those in Indiana and California.
A better process would be to hold all nominating contests on the same day. Voters would have a more equal say, candidates would not be prematurely eliminated, and the ultimate victors would have demonstrated the ability to run and win a national campaign.
