LeBron James hit D'Angelo Russell directly in the groin with a pass

LeBron James is at least 250 pounds of muscle. He eats kale cakes, so you know he must be 100 percent muscle. Meanwhile, D’Angelo Russell is 55 pounds lighter, and he’s only a rookie trying to find his place in this league.

Keep those things in mind while watching this from the Cavs-Lakers game on Wednesday night, and try not to scream:

Russell happened to be standing in the WRONG place at the WRONG time — right in the line of fire between James and Iman Shumpert.

The good news is that he caused a turnover, but I don’t think he would ever do that again if given the choice. Plus, the Lakers still lost to Cleveland, 120-111.

He gave his thoughts on the painful moment after the game.
