You know things are going well for your team when even the team manager has a practiced handshake with the team’s star. After hitting his 11th home run in 14 games in a 2-1 win over the Phillies, Bryce Harper went to the dugout to congratulations from everyone and one of those “just kidding” shakes from his manager.
