Troy Aikman: Redskins quarterback situation more dysfunctional than the Kardashians

If you haven’t kept current with the developing (or devolving) situation in Washington and figuring out who’s going to be lining up under center this season, here’s a primer: It’s not great.

Choosing between a currently concussed and increasingly bad Robert Griffin III, Kirk Cousins, and Colt McCoy isn’t much of a choice at all, and doesn’t bode well for improving on last year’s plum awful 4-12 record. Anyways, all of this information is needed for you to really get the full-bodied laugh out of this comment Troy Aikman made during the coverage of the Redskins’ preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens:

“Somebody compared the Redskins to the Kardashians. Saying they’re the Kardashians of the NFL. I don’t think that’s fair. I don’t think the Kardashians are nearly as dysfunctional.”

Putting aside how perfect that comment is, it needs to be put out there in the universe that Keeping Up With The Redskins would make for a fantastic reality television series.
