After teasing the title of his long-awaited forthcoming album via tattoo earlier this week, Justin Bieber revealed the artwork for his new album Purpose in a more traditional way—in a collage on Instagram.

Guys, Justin Bieber's new tattoo is NO accident

In a series of posts, Bieber revealed the black-and-white Purpose cover, which features a series of symbols and the singer showing off his tattooed torso, before sharing the full artwork.

The reveal comes after a week of Bieber posting mysterious images associated with the street artist Retna, who reportedly collaborated on the album cover's graphics.

Earlier this year, Bieber told USA TODAY that his new album would focus on the themes of "growing, being in touch with yourself...Hope and faith, that's what's gotten me through this too, my faith. What I believe in. You're around some people sometimes and it might taint what you believe. I think that's what happened with me, I lowered my beliefs."

I lost hope for a while, I was in a dark place, but it's about getting out of that rut. It's about knowing there's sunshine on the other side.

Purpose hits stores on Nov. 13.
