Boston fans stage touching tribute to Red Sox play-by-play announcer

Don Orsillo has been the Red Sox play-by-play announcer for NESN since 2001, but he won’t be there again next year. Despite more than 60,000 fans signing an online petition asking Red Sox owner John Henry to retain him for next season, Henry seems adamant to let him go.

Former Red Sox manager Terry Francona also wished Orsillo well in a farewell video.
