Donald Trump gets called out big time at Latin Grammys

Remember this come 2016.

No one had more fun than Will Smith rapping (in Spanish!) at the Latin Grammy Awards on Thursday night.

But the performance Twitter couldn't stop buzzing about belonged to California band Los Tigres del Norte and Mexican rockers Maná, who got together and sang Somos Más Americanos. At the end of the performance, they held up a sign reading, "Latinos unidos no voten por los racistas," which translates to, "United Latinos: Don't vote for racists."

Of course, folks at home were quick to catch the apparent dig at a certain 2016 candidate, Donald Trump, who in the past has called immigrants from Mexico drug-dealers, criminals and "rapists," and called for a mass deportation of those living in the United States.

It wasn't the first time Maná has thrown shade at Trump. In June, the band's lead singer Fher Olvera had harsh words for the presidential hopeful during a concert in Los Angeles:

“He said we were trash, he said that the people who came from Latin America and Mexico are rapists, thugs, and drug dealers. Those were his words. We feel pity for this incompetent man. I have never heard a speech as violent, or as filled with hatred — not since Hitler."

The group ended the night by urging fans on Twitter to vote, linking to a site where they can pledge and register to do so:

Now THAT's a way to make a statement.
