The Bieber roast joke you won't see on TV

Don't expect to hear Jeff Ross' joke about Paul Walker during Monday's Comedy Central roast of Justin Bieber.

Comedy Central's resident celebrity roaster, Jeffrey Ross, took a shot at late actor Paul Walker during the Justin Bieber roast, which airs Monday night. But comic Ralphie May says don't hold your breath waiting for it because it offended at least one of the celebrity guests.

During the show, Ross cracked, "Move, (expletive), get out of the way, is what Paul Walker should have told that tree," alluding to the November 2013 car crash that killed him. Walker's Fast & Furious co-star, rapper/actor Ludacris, was reportedly not pleased.

Fellow comedian Ralphie May defended Ross' joke, saying Ludacris "doesn't understand how roasts work."

In a video interview with TMZ, he stated that "Comedy Central is in the business of pleasing stars. That's why they kiss their (expletives) with the roasts and put them up there. But honestly, there's no place for non-comics up on that dais. The other guys are eye candy and someone writes for them. Why not save the money and get the guy who wrote the jokes? Ludacris is great, and so are Shaq and Martha Stewart, but they're not comedians."
