What's Full House without Michelle? We're going to find out.

The Olsen twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley, will not reprise the role they shared as Michelle in the upcoming Netflix revival of the ABC sitcom, Fuller House, according to the Hollywood Reporter and TheWrap on Friday.

They quoted executive producer Robert Boyett, who said in a statement the 28-year-old twins want to focus on their fashion brands and their billion-dollar business empire.

"Although Ashley and Mary-Kate will not be a part of Fuller House, I know how much Full House has meant to them and they are still very much considered family," Boyett said in the statement.

"It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors. I appreciate their support and good wishes towards Fuller House."

The news inspired a spate of cute tweets.

Last month, John Stamos, who played Jesse Katsopolis on the popular show from the late 1980s and early 1990s, confirmed rumors of the show's reboot on Jimmy Kimmel Live, saying Netflix had ordered 13 episodes of the new comedy.

Later, Netflix said the new series would premier in 2016.

Even so, there was some question whether all the cast members would be back, especially the twins, who long ago graduated to business superstars after their stint as the youngest Tanner.

Netflix has said it would be talking to other Full House stars, including Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin, about participating as guest stars.
