Kris Jenner told "People" that she filed paperwork to trademark the word 'Momager.'

Kris Jenner isn't shying away from the fact that she mixes her family life with business.

Jenner told People that she recently filed legal documents to trademark her nickname, "Momager."

If the filing is granted, The Keeping up with the Kardashians matriarch could sue for trademark infringement if someone uses the word Momager on products that could be confused with hers.

And based on the product-happy Kardashians, it's safe to bet Jenner will be slapping Momager on just about anything she can.

Throughout the Kardashian reality show series, Jenner, 59, has been vocal about managing her kids' careers.

Like whens he found out about Kim Kardashian's sex tape, Jenner explained it wasn't a time to act like a mother but as a manager -- or we guess, in this case, a Momager?

"When I first heard about Kim's tape, as her mother, I wanted to kill her. But as her manager, I knew that I had a job to do," Jenner said during an episode of the Kardashians.
