An announcement from Kobe Bryant that he was calling it quits after this season appeared to crash the Players Tribune website shortly after it was posted.
The Lakers veteran posted a short poem announcing that “this season is all I have left to give,” an announcement that confirms an answer he has been dancing around for much of the season.
“My body knows it’s time to say goodbye,” he concluded.
Though the website crashed, reaction quickly poured in to Bryant’s post.
