It’s especially easy to forget during the NCAA tournament that every player involved still has to go to class during the week and do homework in between games. Duke advanced to the Final Four Sunday with a win over Gonzaga in Houston, and after cutting down the net and doing the regular postgame interviews with the media, the Blue Devils hopped on a plane back to Durham.

Coach K greeted a crowd of Duke students when the team arrived on campus in the middle of the night, and said that three players actually had to take tests during the flight.

“We’re all pretty tired. They’re filling out some forms, three guys took a test on the plane coming home. That’s what you get for going to Duke.”

Taking a test at any time is awful, but right after the biggest win of the season?
