It was 30 years ago today that former Indiana coach Bob Knight lost his temper and famously threw a chair across a basketball court.

The game was against Purdue, and Knight was ticked off about getting a technical foul, so he threw a chair. (It’s at the 1:18 mark in the above video.)

Knight received a one-game suspension and two years probation from the Big Ten for the action.
