LAS VEGAS – A look back at last season might result in Brad Keselowski having one of the best spots on the odds board at Las Vegas casinos for Sunday's Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Early last season, Keselowski swept the Nationwide (now Xfinity) Series and Sprint Cup Series races during Las Vegas weekend.

So, what should his odds be for Sunday's race?

"I would imagine I'm around 6- or 7-to-1," Keselowski said Thursday night at a sponsor appearance at the Las Vegas Fremont Experience. "If I was putting up my own odds, that's about what it would be."

Close. At the D Casino down the street, Keselowski was listed as 10-1 to win Sunday. Drivers with better odds – Kevin Harvick, Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Matt Kenseth, Jeff Gordon and Joey Logano. Also at 10-1 are Denny Hamlin and Carl Edwards.

Does Keselowski ever bet on himself during Vegas week?

"No, but I want to," he said. "I should have last year. One of the guys on the team put down something for me to win the Nationwide race and won about 100 bucks. I thought that was really cool.

"Then he had the option to parlay that for Sunday's race and didn't take it. That would have paid about five grand. He was so mad."
