Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather went toe-to-toe at the Miami Heat game on Wednesday AND … had a very polite interaction.

Both fighters watched the Heat fall to the Bucks 109-102, smiled when they were thrust upon the jumbotron, and according to Pacquiao, traded numbers.

What does it all mean? Well, absolutely nothing really. Anyone who believes that Mayweather and Pacquiao can just call each other and set up a fight on their own is a silly goose. That said, the idea of Floyd calling Manny and setting up a showdown at 11 p.m. at a local LA Boxing franchise or the parking lot of a Burger King is irresistible.

No, if this fight ever happens, there will be a few dozen promoters with their fingers in the pot, a $59.99 PPV deal for all of us, and a fight that has no chance of delivering on years of buildup.
