Former NFL quarterback Ryan Leaf, who has suffered numerous legal problems since leaving the NFL in 2002, came out of a nearly two-year break from Twitter to offer up some thoughts on the NFL’s handling of the Deflategate controversy.

I mean, not the most unreasonable point from the former No. 2-overall pick.

Leaf’s absence from Twitter can best be explained by the fact that he has been in jail for much of the last two years — he was released in December after serving time in Montana for issues relating to charges of burglary, theft and drug charges.
