Fans of the Star Wars video games finally get their moment.

STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT (TBD) -- The first venture from Electronic Arts' video game partnership with Disney involves resurrecting the classic squad-based action title. It's also being developed by DICE, creators of the popular Battlefield franchise.

During the Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, Electronic Arts and studio DICE unveiled the first full trailer for Star Wars Battlefront, the reboot of the classic squad-based shooter. It will launch on November 17 for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

It's got Stormtroopers. It's got an AT-AT cameo. It's even got Darth Vader himself.

Battlefront is the first game as part of a long-term deal between EA and Disney to create video games based on Star Wars.

"To be working on a Star Wars project and knowing we are helping to represent the universe we love to our generation and a legion of new Star Wars fans is truly an honor," said Sigurlina Ingvarsdottir, senior producer of Star Wars Battlefront, in a statement.

The game is being developed by DICE, the studio behind EA's popular Battlefield franchise. The publisher also has studios Visceral Games (Dead Space) and BioWare (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic) working on new Star Wars titles.

DICE's Battlefield is best known as a team-based first person shooter where players do battle on foot and in multiple vehicles. It appears Star Wars Battlefront will follow a similar blueprint, allowing players to pilot iconic vehicles from the movie franchise including TIE fighters, AT-ATs and the Millennium Falcon.
