The game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs at Busch Stadium on Monday night ground to a halt because a handful of streakers decided to rush onto the field.
One streaker was too quick for security and managed to make it from the outfield all the way to home plate on a full clip, dodging and/or breaking tackles from security the whole way. He then flipped (rolled) onto home plate and stuck the landing.
I guess we can’t really call him a streaker, can we? You know, since he was fully clothed.
Either way, the guy could probably have a solid career as a pinch runner. Or a tailback if that’s more his thing.
