"Rear Seat Kickers," "Inattentive Parents" and "The Aromatic Passenger" top the list of the most annoying airline passengers. That's according to the second annual "Airplane Etiquette Study" out Tuesday morning.

2. Delta Air Lines rebrands its seating options

Delta Air Lines announced a rebrand of its cabin options on Monday, including an overhaul of its economy and enhanced economy service. The changes will take effect in March of 2015. Delta says it made the change to more clearly distinguish between products."

3. Southwest flight diverts to LAX after baby born onboard

A Southwest Airlines flight headed from San Francisco to Phoenix diverted to Los Angeles after a woman on board went into labor and delivered a baby, according to Los Angeles TV station KTLA.

4. Korean Air chairman, daughter sorry for nut rage

The Korean Air Lines executive who delayed a flight in an incident dubbed "nut rage" bowed deep in apology Friday before facing questioning by transport officials. Her father, the airline's chairman, also apologized and said he regrets he didn't raise her better.

5. United asks FAA to investigate fees at its Newark hub

United Airlines is challenging how billions of dollars in "unreasonable" fees from Newark Liberty International Airport are spent on projects outside the airport and on firefighting overtime, according to a complaint filed Wednesday with the Federal Aviation Administration. United is by far the busiest carrier at Newark, operating one of its biggest hubs at the New Jersey airport.
