This is Murray State’s John Lollar. John Lollar, like many before him, uses a high leg kick during his windup.

But unlike the others, Lollar, out of a blatant disrespect for human physiology, has a high leg kick that is entirely too high.

It doesn’t look so bad when you see it at full speed, but still:

Legs– or bodies, or hips, whatever– aren’t meant to bend like that.
