WrestleMania 31 set a new attendance record at Levi’s Stadium with more than 76,000 in the home of the 49ers, and fans in Santa Clara were treated to what was a fantastic WrestleMania from top to bottom. Here were some of the highlights.

1. Randy Orton’s perfect RKO

There has never been a better RKO in WWE history, and I’m not sure Orton can ever top this. It’s *the* moment of WrestleMania, even though it happened in the first hour of the show.

2. Ronda Rousey lays the smackdown on The Authority

The Rock was rumored to be in the area for WrestleMania after hosting Saturday Night Live earlier in the weekend, but most fans expected him to be involved with his cousin Roman Reigns’ bout with Brock Lesnar. Instead, The Rock picked a fight with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon and got some help from UFC champion Ronda Rousey, who was sitting ringside.

3. Rusev shows up in a tank

He seriously rode to the ring in a tank. Rusev may have lost the U.S. title to John Cena, but he had arguably the best entrance of the night.

4. Daniel Bryan wins the Intercontintental title and cuts a fantastic promo with WWE legends

Although the seven-man ladder match wasn’t the highlight of the night, fans got what they wanted when Daniel Bryan headbutted Dolph Ziggler off a ladder and claimed the one title he hadn’t yet won. After the match, some of the best Intercontinental champions of all time — Rowdy Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat, Bret Hart — congratulated Bryan and joined in a “Yes” chant. It was amazing.

5. The Undertaker moves to 22-1 at WrestleMania

The Undertaker returned to the ring for the first time in a year, and the 49-year-old looked great. Taker took a lot of punishment from Bray Wyatt and kicked out of a finisher, but eventually recovered and beat Wyatt with a signature Tombstone Piledriver. The match ended just as darkness was settling over California, making the post-match fireworks even more eye-catching.

6. The Divas match was awesome

AJ Lee and Paige beat the Bella Twins in a great tag match. Sure, it only lasted seven minutes, but this was a good showcase for the Divas and it left plenty of room for more matches featuring these four wrestlers.

7. Sting, Triple H, the nWo and D-Generation X all in one ring

Triple H beat Sting to score one final victory for the WWE over WCW, and the match served as a violent reunion for the two biggest factions in wrestling history. Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Hulk Hogan, X-Pac, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and Shawn Michaels all joined together to create the most nostalgic moment of the show.

8. Seth Rollins walks out a surprise winner in an amazing main event

Brock Lesnar dominated Roman Reigns in a brutal match, punishing Reigns with more than 10 suplexes and multiple F5’s — but Reigns drew even after busting Lesnar’s face wide open on the ring post. Reigns staggered the WWE World Heavyweight champion with a barrage of Superman punches and spears, but Reigns and Lesnar beat each other up so badly that they gave Seth Rollins a perfect opportunity to cash in his Money In The Bank contract.

Rollins turned the singles match into a triple-threat match, and pinned Reigns after a curbstomp to become the new champion. Lesnar losing the belt without being pinned perfectly sets up a Rollins vs. Lesnar match at Extreme Rules.
