TV self-help guru Dr. Phil was catching a lot of grief on social media Tuesday after he tweeted -- and quickly deleted -- this question to his 1.2 million followers:

"If a girl is drunk, is it OK to have sex with her? Reply yes or no to @drphil #teensaccused "
