It really looked like BC had the Pinstripe Bowl in the bag.
The team went to overtime with Penn State (after ending regulation tied 24-24) and promptly scored a TD.
But then, on the extra-point attempt, this happened. (And it’s not the first time BC has struggled with kicks.)
And, because fate, Penn State answered back with a TD. Plus the extra point.
Fitting that Penn State’s kicker, Sam Ficken, dressed in Derek Jeter’s old locker before the game.
